i didnt take my lumps? i was on here that night and admitted they got drubbed- as i have said in a million posts

all though- the hilarious thing is- that in those posts about Winslow and Clarkson you guys KNOW i am right.

Bullshit.

Cant say I watched after the first quarter where it was just abundantly clear no one was showing up. Terrible.

When you are in the CAvs position you are gonna catch some well deserved flak for this one. There is a reason why this is a headline game- there is a reason why a thread is created for this game-

ohh well.....onto the next one. Wont see GSW until June- if they make it.

The above post is all of the posts you made during the game and in the first sentence, you admit to not having watched after the 1st quarter. I guess you must have remembered that you're an OKC fan.

The real Cavs fans on here like gordontrue and jakology were here for the entire game.

im not hyping him up- i just said that he has played well lately- including that game winner the other night- and its just yet another example of Arison being El Cheapo....they are trying to get rid of Anderson too even though the big man depth is atrociously bad. yet again- El Cheapo.

Do u even listen to yourself?
Heat had him for 7+ years.
They knew exactly what he is/was.
Like I said, our W total would be identical.

And if u watched the Heat, u would know Bird is cooked.
We'd rather see Stokes.

lol- i thought Birdman did the exact same thing as Tristan Thompson!!! what happened man?!! lol

I TOLD YOU Bird was cooked, Amare was cooked, Haslem was cooked- and that the Heat depth you guys were bragging about in October was a MIRAGE.

looks like- once again- time vindicates.

I RARELY EVER post here during games- go back and look. I actually WATCH the games--- i cant remember the last time i sat on here and regularly commented on a game--- to be perfectly 100% truthfull- posting that ONE COMMENT during the GSW CLE game was more comments that i usually post during a game----- but as usual- dont let the truth get in the way of a good story.

Fair enough. I gotta admit that I'm the same way. I don't post much during the games involving my teams either. Too distracting. But, I also don't stop watching after the 1st quarter, no matter how bad.

I actually WATCH the games

Not after the first quarter according to your post. :heh:

Very good points by LeBron today:

James said he reviewed the film from the Warriors loss -- "it was very ugly to watch" -- but much of his message was pragmatic as he reminded reporters just how new of a group the Cavs really are. He also pointed out that they've played just 50 games as a healthy unit since making midseason trades a year ago to transform the roster.
The Cavs are 43-7 -- including the Golden State blowout -- in those 50 games.
"I think we should feel the urgency of every day," James said. "At the end of the day, we're a young group together. And I experienced this in Miami, too. You want instant success. When guys come together, it's like instant oatmeal. They want to throw it in the microwave for 30 seconds, it's done and then it's ready to go. It doesn't work that way.
"You need time. You need adversity together. You need hardships. You need times when you don't like each other. You need the worst of times in order to become really good. And I've experienced that over my career, and this is not even a full two years with us. And I don't even think we have 82 games together as a full unit.
"You look at Golden State, you look at San Antonio, you look at Chicago, you look at Toronto, you look at OKC, the Clippers, Miami, I can keep naming them. ... Those guys got so much game experience and we don't. But we get this whole perception, this whole thing about who we should be. Our main focus is on what we can do every day to improve."

good call. that is one. low-risk high reward signing.
Well I'd also say Gerald Green was a good addition, he's been good in his role as shooter off the bench(35% from 3), but doesn't shoot a ton which is why he's only at 11ppg. The only big move they've made since LeBron left was probably bringing in Dragic, and I thought he was pretty good to end last season even if his start to this season hasn't been so good. And the Chalmers trade is too early to know if it was good or not, I like Beno and he could be a solid backup for them when healthy.

Dragic is getting much better now. This month before the injury he is avg 15+ points on 53% from the field and 52% from 3. That is a great sign IMO

Oh more excuses from Lebron......that's cute

Bird did during our Big 3 era.
He was even ok last year.
Not this year.
It happens.
It happened to Battier, it happened to Miller.
And I always said Beasley was a much better option then Amare.

He might not be the 20ppg guy he was for a season with the Suns, and on a team with Wade and Bosh that's not really surprising. As long as he plays his game without trying to force anything, it should work out.

that he is not worth paying a significant salary too...id rather have shumpert at 4 years 10 a year...

I have complimented Clarkson in the past- but think he is a bench rotation guy- and not starter worthy on a solid team.

i really wonder if people read my comments- did i not say i was shocked chalmers was playing decently?- and seriously Beno? FING! BENO!. lol...i thought he was gonna get cut as soon as the trade went down- and i think you guys did too.

and seriously- Heat have been playing very good D- and Winslow is def a part of that- but holy crap- i have not seen a guy that totally inept offensively since Andrew DeClerq. lol.
Maybe if you learned how to keep it short & sweet more people would actually read them. As it stands now I'm pretty sure most are "scanning" them looking for "key" words or phrases.

On the brightside...

39 games in last year the Cavs were 19 - 20.
We are now 39 games in this year and the Cavs are 28 - 11.

Plenty of work to be done if they're going to be true competitors for a title this year... but far less work than remained last year at this time. Last year they pulled it together and participated in a tough 6-game Finals... all while losing 2 of their best players along the way.

I'm still feeling very optimistic about the opportunity in front of the Cavs.

This might help your case if you hadn't also posted " Can't say I WATCHED past the first quarter". My goodness. Just WOW. You never cease to amaze me with how often you stuff that foot soooo far down your throat.
