They're not beating this team in a series and I doubt they beat SAS in a series especially when you consider that they'll likely need to win twice in GSW or SAS as they won't have HCA and those teams are likely to win 1 road game in Cleveland.

Yeah, hca will be a big obstacle for the cavs. I still see both those series as essentially a push. It's definitely a hard night to defend that position but that's what I think.

Do you really think the warriors are that much better than last year or that Love/Kyrie would mean that little in a series?

When you are in the CAvs position you are gonna catch some well deserved flak for this one. There is a reason why this is a headline game- there is a reason why a thread is created for this game-

I think it's just that the Warriors are such a complete team that it's easy to expose the opponents weaknesses.

The Ws are obviously better than last year, their 2 best players have clearly improved: Curry, Green
At full strength obviously the Cavs will be tough but this year seems to indicate that won't mean a sure Cavs win. GS will be favored in that matchup even with both teams healthy.

I do think the Warriors are much better than last year. They have that championship swagger now and guys like Steph/Draymond got even better.

As for Love/Kyrie as I stated the other day I have no confidence in Love to show up in the finals. Draymond Green will wipe the floor with him when you consider how Cleveland use him. Kyrie should show up but issue for Cleveland is their current starting lineup is not very defensive. I think Kyrie and Love lack of defense will be exposed in a series vs GSW

Yes the Warriors are better this year which isn't good for the Cavs.

Don't blame you for not watching. I'm just trying to see if this team is going to fight. They haven't shown an ounce of fight. Still getting destroyed.

This is what has really deflated my confidence. It's clear to see that the Warriors and the Spurs are both better than were last season.

Yeah, the dubs are definitely improved and I would expect them to be favored. I'm just not ready to go "cavs can't beat this team in a 7 game series". I think that's an overreaction to an absolute beat down. I'd be saying the same thing if the cavs were up by 35 and it was reversed

I didn't really expect them too, or at least not Love.
Point is, all we heard for 7 months was that the Cavs never had a shot to play the Warriors at full strength.
Now you did.
Now hopefully we never have to hear about it again.

Giving up 100pts through 3 quarters at home is pathetic, no matter how good the Warriors are. Obviously it's just one game, but I really don't see the Cavs beating the Warriors or Spurs 4 of 7 times. They'll win the East, but no title.

Agree here.
Warriors aren't 40 points better.
If anything, if they do meet again, this could work in the Cavs favor if the Warriors enter the series too overconfident.
