So the Heat are without Dragic, Beno, and Wade tonight.

This game is not even worth watching but I still will for some odd reason

Gee, now we're gonna talk about the Lakers. No one could have seen that coming.

This is why you are the biggest joke on the Hoop and everyone makes fun of you. Your team got their asses kicked by 34 points on their homecourt in a game that one of the leaders of the team called a "statement game."

But, instead of doing as @Mecca suggested and taking your lumps like a man, you go into your usual bitch mode and start talking about teams that have nothing to do with the thread. But then, we all knew to expect it.

Like @TurnUpTheHeat suggested, maybe you should concern yourself with the Cavs being 0-3 against the teams from the West that they are most likely to see in the finals instead of the Heat and Lakers.

It's called the red herring defense.

Deflect, deflect, deflect!

dude you play the Wizards- an under 500 team missing their 2nd best player

going up against Wall, Gortat and a bunch of nothing is not exactly like playing the 96 Bulls

Russ, at least you have the Clippers to play slaughter ball against to get their confidence back.

We lay down for every meaningful game.

Beal has been back for several games now so I have no idea who are 2 of these 3 best players you're talking about. Their 3 best players are Wall, Beal, and Gortic.

All are playing tonight so unless Alan Anderson and Otto Porter became 2 of their best 3 players. I have no idea what players you're speaking about

shit - yah your right-my bad- i thought Gortat and Beale were both still out- looks like they both just got back- and beale is playing light minutes and sat out that back to back- which makes sense at this point...talk about fragile? KYrie looks like freaking Bruce Willis in Unbreakable compared to Beale.

i have a feeling its not going to be a good night to be a Brookln Net tonight....and if it is- that is a MAJOR concern for the Cavs. MAJOR. If that game the other day did not kick them in the ass- i dont know what will....PLEASE lets see Love get post touches- through December he was the MOST EFFICIENT POST SCORER IN THE NBA.....but--- they just go away from it..why? I dont know....its ridiculous....

Well, I bought the Waiters hype too.

I still think he can be productive if he stops being so selfish.

But, the next D Wade?

:hellno:

Byron Scott's words- not mine!!! lol

yron Scott was absolutely in love with Waiters' game and potential. The Cavs coach has said Waiters was "No. 2 on my draft board." He was not that high on the Cavs' board, but the fact Scott wanted Waiters (over someone such as Barnes) was a factor. The Cavs haven't said it, but they backed off Barnes because they thought he had trouble on the dribble, finding openings for his shot. They believe Waiters has more athleticism.

After Friday's news conference, I asked the Cavs coach about comparing Waiters to All-Stars.
"I never compared him to Westbrook," he said.
"But you did to Dumars and Wade," I said. "Don't you think that creates high expectations for a guy who played only two years at Syracuse?"
"I think he relishes the expectations," said Scott. "Our expectations are high as well. . . . He'll be something special. . . . The sky is the limit."

its not his talent- its the fact he thinks he is the best player on the team...im seriously not joking when i say- i REALLY think Dion thought he should get the ball more than LeBron...i mean - that might come across as a joke or insincere but im dead freaking serious. It was crazy.

Good ole Byron.....coached in immature 2 year player at Syracuse pretty much the exact way he would coach a 10 year vet. his old school BS was just SOO SOO antiquated.
