Well just because we have the resources doesn't mean we should just go on a spending frenzy, look how well that has gone for the Angels....I think we all feel Choo is our biggest need, Tanaka would be more of a luxury unless JD has something preliminary with a team to get a bat for one of our pitchers if we do get Tanaka and now choo
The Angels spent money on a player on the backside of his career and in top of that made it a 10 year deal and $25 mill a year for a playere who has mentall issues plus the high cost of a bust in Vernon Wells. I did not see spending money on Choo and Tanaka as us doing what the Angels did.
