I think Cruz would agree to platoon. If we're signing him to be the everyday OF and that's the only bat we add then I'm not a fan.

We said that about Mitch last year and he was a disappointment. He was terrible with RISP. Most of his RBIs seem to come when the game was no longer in doubt. Just not a clutch hitter. Martin we will have to wait and see but I think you may be right about Profar now that he gets to play an everyday position.

I wouldn't really call Mitch clutch or not clutch based off the results of 92AB with runners in scoring position. Ian was one of our best players in that situation last season, yet in 2012 he was one of our worst.
