Maybe it is just me but what is the big deal about going to 3 years with Cruz? He is 33 and is one of those late bloomers. With all the 5-10 year contracts being thrown around and even Granderson getting 4 years I am not getting it. Forget the PEDS nonsense. It happened. Move on.

That isn't why we didnt sign him. We didn't think his performance was worth the value. Unfortunately, we were wrong, but it happens. He has no anxiety issues anymore. He's in los angeles, which is a bigger market than texas, and he was greatly successful, so I dont think its an issue

One more note about greinke... not only did he win the silver slugger award this year (hit like .320) he hasn't made a freakin error since 2008. He hasn't ever missed significant time outside of this year when he missed 4 weeks because of his collar bone. So he has been a continuous player and hasn't made an error in 5 years. That's freakin remarkable. Throw a pickoff away, bobble a ground ball, over throw first, ANYTHING. Show us your human and not such a freak athlete

Dodgers want EA in a deal involving kemp. This is where I say no dice. I assume that's their high asking price. If so, then I'm sure a reasonable negotiation process would eliminate EA from the discussion
