Is this the worst ROOKIE of the YEAR race in a long while?


The "transcendent once in a lifetime class of mega-star rookies" has looked pathetic so far this season.


There is plenty of time for these guys to someday become superstars, but the early results are not living up to the hype about this past draft.

I wonder what the Pistons would want for Andre Drummond. He has an affordable contract with another season on it after this one. If we could acquire him, we could move Horford to PF (where his size won't be a disadvantage for him) and move Millsap to SF.

If we can't get him, getting Rudy Gobert or Nikola Vucevic would be cool too. Just as long as we get bigger inside.

I doubt they'll give up anything for him. Monroe is their other big and he can walk this summer as an unrestricted free agent. I can't see them trading Drummond while also risking losing Monroe.

Kind of liking KD's honesty. As a fan, I understand about wanting loyalty from the players, however, they need some loyalty from their FO's. He's right that when players do what is best for them, they are called disloyal (if they choose to leave or demand a trade) or selfish (if they demand to be paid what they're worth). But the same isn't expected in return from the FO.

The spurs take it to the extreme.

When I see them abuse the system, I really wish the NBA would put a system in a place whre you can't hack anyone after the first 5 minutes of each quarter so no hacking after the 7 min mark
