Rangers are reportedly in on Napoli.

They didn't even give him a qualifying offer. Don't see him back unless it's 1 or 2 years max. He's looking for 4. Wouldn't surprise me to see him go to Boston. He hits very well in that park.

I think the smart money is on signing Adams and Koji.

One guy that doesnt get mentioned around here is Kyle Lohse. Hes really underrated. I wouldnt mind if the Rangers signed him he's not a one year wonder either.

He deff is not a back of the end starter. If he is than Holland is a minor league/ 5th Starter. Being a little hard on Lohse who was more consistent then any of the Rangers starters. Hes a #2/3 at worst

He's also a flyball pitcher, He's posted a WAR of 6.1 the last 2 years compared to Holland's 5.5, and xFIPs of 4.04 and 3.96, compared to Holland's 3.76 and 4.14

Not much of an improvement in my eyes, we have plenty of 3-4-5 types already

I'd go 3 years on Nap, but next year would be a low number until Young comes off the books. 3 for $21M would be my highest bid, then if he HAS to have a 4th year then it would be a team option with a low buyout ($.5m) and he has zero trade protection.
