DE James Gayle, Virginia Tech
CB Antone Exum, Virginia Tech
QB Logan Thomas, Virginia Tech

...all have received their grades from the NFL and will announce early next week.

My guess is Exum and Gayle stay, and LT leaves (depending on who the new OC is).

I'd love to get him groomed behind Justin Smith, all while dominating the special teams.

Would be nice to have him trying to block kicks with that length.

Devin Taylor too if he's stout enough to maybe play DE.

I don't get the comparison to Justin Smith though. Not by a long shot.

Whoa, Gil! (Gil Brandt):

If I had to rank best individual college performances all-time: 1. @JManziel2 vs. OKLA, 2. @VinceYoung vs. USC, 3. @CameronNewton vs. Bama.

I've watched Devin Taylor for 3 seasons and he might be the most disappointing player I've ever seen. So much wasted athleticism and size. He's just very unproductive.

I kind of see the JS comparisons with the way Hunt dominates the inside. Playing in our 3-4 he'd rush inside alot.

Time to play for a national championship fellas!

With Barry Sanders Jr. stepping in at rb, Hogan a season more experienced, plus all the redshirt oline and db's. National Championship run for sure.

I can't wait!

Exactly why he might do better as a 3-4 DE f he's stout enough.

Not an elite prospect at TE, but the best in this (good) class of TEs if he declares.

I'd take Eifert over him any day.

I like Eifert better than Dwaaaaaaaaaayne! Harris last year, who was my favourite TE prospect.

For the record, I think Ertz is a pretty good TE prospect, but I'm baffled how people have him ranked over Eifert.

There's a gluttony of talent at TE in the NFL right now, so it would be pretty hard for Ertz to make a name for himself IMO.
