Although in Dirk's favor is in KG's age 37 campaign he fell to 6 and 6 and only played 20 minutes a game. Dirk is 17 and 6 playing 30.

Dirk seems to be playing better into old age, which is a product of his game being finesse and KG's being athleticism.

Both are first ballot HoFers for sure, and Dirk should have 2 championships, the officiating in the first finals was the worst thing I have ever seen in sports. Wade damn near averaged more FT's then the entire Mavericks team. He would fly into the paint out of control, and the officials always had a whistle ready to bail him out.

Overall I would put Nowitzki 4 or 5 at all time PF's, him or Charles could be in Either spot, but I see it as

3. KG


4. Dirk
5. Barkely


If you count Moses as a PF instead of a C he is in that 3rd group as well

Obviously dirk is a worse rebounder and defender but his offense just opens so many things up. I mean even now at 37 you put him on a team of average vets with a good coach and they're headed to the playoffs. He won a title with his 2nd best player being Tyson chandler which is pretty crazy. And in 06 his 2nd best player was maybe Jason Terry and as somebody mentioned they kinda got screwed in that one.

Exactly. Chandler went to NY and played with Melo, how'd that work out? Dirk won a Title, and should have won 2, with a few big names that were almost always over the hill. The only great player he ever played with that was in his prime was Nash
