I saw some dude’s list and he refused to put Embiid on the team because he said there’s only one 5 and that’s Jokic. Any list that doesn’t have Embiid All NBA 1st team is worthless. Most dominant two way player in the league this year.

He violated league protocol yet didn't get in trouble for it. Which leads me to think not only has he been vaccinated, the league knew he was and that's why he won't be missing any games.

Well that's just stupid. To me first team is picking the 5 best players in a season. Not picking 2 G's, 2 F's & a C. And no question Embiid's one of the five best this year. Had the injury bug not hit him the MVP trophy would have ended up in Philly.

Okay that's fair. Never thought of it in those terms. Was only basing it on what he's meant to the Suns this season. Just looked up Dame & Luka's stats. Talk about a tough decision, both had great seasons.

Then I was thinking the tiebreaker could be which team had a better record. Nope, both finished 42-30. I could pick one and give a damn good argument why the other should be first team.

Yeah, I lean toward Lillard because of track record, but would be okay with either.

Honestly, Devin Booker is more deserving of all NBA than CP3. He could be in the mix for a 3rd team selection maybe.

The All NBA team has always been position based. It's always been the perceived best player at each position.

With the way basketball is evolving into a virtually positionless game, it might be time for the NBA to remove the position designations and just pick the 5 best players.
