This is a very tough series. Knicks dominated the season series but Embiid only played once, blown out when he did play but before the acquisitions of Hield and the other guys.

Yeah my life is gonna be over if the Sixers fail in the playoffs. I don’t know what I’d do. Sports disappointment is major uncharted territory for me.

What's interesting (to me) is... sure, the Knicks are down Julius Randle.

But Randle is a very polarizing "star". While he gets numbers... there's a fair argument to be made that he's kind of a losing player overall...

... therefore, being without him can potentially be 'addition by subtraction' for the Knicks... arguably.

But sure: Philly got Embiid back... so that explains things more than anything else.

With Embiid in the line up they were something like 30-8 so I don't find that surprising. This isn't you're average 7th seed. I was actually expecting it.
