This is going to be over in 5.
I predicted 6, but if we get a wrap in 5 it wouldn't exactly piss me off...This is going to be over in 5.
If Lebron was in his prime, they would be Next to Magic and Kareem. In many aspects, Lebron and Anthony are better than Kobe. They share and distribute the ball better in my opinionShaq and Kobe were both in their primes for a year or 2.
If LeBron was in his prime, I do think this pairing would be better.
But he isn’t. Still one of the very best in the league for sure but not as dominant as he has been.

I don't remember any two players ever fitting together as well as Lebron and Davis. I was praying hard last year that the Lakers didn't get Paul George. I thought Davis and Lebron would be really good combo, but still underestimated how well they would fitYep.
The fit between those 2 is ideal. Better than the fit between Shaq and Kobe. They compliment each other extremely well.
Some Lakers fans don't wanna hear that. They only want to judge LeBron & Kobe by rings. Yet after 18 seasons LeBron averages more pts, rebs, asts, stls, blks, has a better FG% and a better 3 pt. %. And has hit a better % of game winning shots.
I'll admit i'm not the biggest Lebron fan. But the fact he's led the team to another Championship and made the Lakers relevant again has eased my feeling towards him ever so slightly.
I have no issue saying that Lebron is much better than Kobe. He's currently ranked #2 on my all time list, Kobe about 7th or 8th
Yes!!!!
1 former LeBron hater converted. And all it took was a title for the Lakers.
You’re next @ChiefsLakers67!

No chance AD could do anything in the post against a prime Shaq. Kobe vs lebron, i know different roles, etc. Would be epic though.Shaq and Kobe were both in their primes for a year or 2.

Ofc. I just think in the battle of the duos, who gets tge rebounds and punishes inside? It would be a fun convo for sure, however i dont think two guys putting up shots from the outside is better than the combo of inside and outside threats. Obviously just my opinion. On the other hand, Shaq isn't doing anything with AD on the perimeter and if AD lures Shaq away from the basket, he can beat him off the dribble.

Im aware of this, but then again we are discussing a duo vs duo. Cant bring others into the convo without mucking it up. Its just a hypothetical anyways. It isn’t a 2 on 2 game.
If this year’s Lakers played the 02 Lakers, AD would literally never guard Shaq.
And LeBron probably wouldn’t guard Kobe.
