They may have won it anyway but we all saw the Suns minus CP3 last year. CP3 is the thing that made them competitive this year. It’s clear he’s not himself. Suns had no chance since he got hurt.

Yep I thought the exact same thing. You can bet your ass the Lakers are going to use this to their advantage. Booker already got a tech earlier in the game too.

All I am saying is that fadeaway is what sets him apart from other big men. He can do both. Most bigs don’t have that.

The Lakers had many injuries all season. They seem to have finally come together at the right time. CP3 is old and his body is falling apart.

Yeah, the Lakers probably win the series even if CP3 is healthy. Too much size and too much experience.

But with a healthy CP3 it goes at least 6 (and might anyway) and probably 7. Even with their experience though, if I'm the Lakers, I want no part of a game 7 in Phoenix.

I think some folks are forgetting, the Suns are a damn good team and the #2 seed. The Lakers injuries etc. really only effected their own seeding. Even if the Lakers had been healthy all season, the Suns are still a #3 seed at worst.

Well yeah, any tall/big man with a fadeaway is unblockable...Dirk, KD, AD, etc....they might miss the shot but it's always an open look

In my opinion what makes the Lakers really good is how well Lebron and Davis work together. Best combo in the NBA since Shaq and Kobe

Gotta agree that LeBron & AD are the best combo since Shaq & Kobe.

We need Schroeder to win this year, with 20 to 30 from each Lebron, Davis and Schroeder we got a good chance. Honestly, The only thing that stops me from saying that AD and LJ is better than Shaq and Kobe is the three championships the Lakers won. Lebron and Davis are very unselfish.

Shaq and Kobe were both in their primes for a year or 2.

If LeBron was in his prime, I do think this pairing would be better.

But he isn’t. Still one of the very best in the league for sure but not as dominant as he has been.
