If losing in the CCG is better. The did it three years in a row in the mid '00s...Better than what?

Or to have been the Oilers in that time period and made it to the playoffs every year in a row for 7 years and not even have reached the AFC Title Game.
Right after you explain why losing in the Championship game is better. Please explain why losing the AFC title game 4 years running is better than winning it.
The 95 loss to Orlando doesn't count for me because he barely even played bball that year and came back wearing #45.
Not 1 game 7 in all 6 NBA Final victories.
But if they never make the Super Bowl those people would be saying nicer things?![]()
I don't think people know how to read, to be honest. I'm not arguing LeBron (or anyone) over Jordan, just that the oft-repeated "you need 6 or more titles to be the best" argument is nonsense. The number of championships is only one factor in determining the greatest ever.

hell, it's equal in MY eyes. no ring in either case...
why does anyone need to build themselves up if they come up short of the prze? to make THEMSELVES feel better...?

Then why do losses matter in general? LOL If a SB loss is the same as a AFCCG loss then you only look at wins. The loss column is all the same for everyone. If you lose, you lose, doesn't matter what round. That is why I am saying A WIN is the only thing that should matter.

thought i was clear. no ring =coming up short=fail. only folks that wanna IGNORE those failures would see it any other way...
Look, this is all just yakking about legacies decades after the fact about sports which don't mean anything real. To me the more you win the better, so if you win enough to get to the Finals in your sport that's better than not getting there. But in the end, none of this matters.
maybe, but i was asked the question and i gave opinion, fair or unfair...
