Pitching Line: IP-H-ER-R-BB-K-Pitches (if applicable)

Sacramento (47-61) lost 7-0

Matt Duffy 1-2 (.500). Duffy had 1 of 2 hits.

Ty Blach 6.0-6-2-2-1-6-101 (3.54 ERA)

Richmond (44-61) lost 3-1 in 10 innings

Steven Duggar 1-5 (.315), 2B
Brandon Bednar 1-3 (.317), BB, 1 R
Chris Shaw 1-3 (.206), BB. Looks like he's coming out of his slump, he's at least reading the zone better (5 BB last 4 games)

Andrew Suarez 6.0-4-0-0-1-3-92 (4.56 ERA). Suarez is on a roll his last 5 starts. 2.12 ERA, 0.88 WHIP, 31/6 K/BB
Rodolfo Martinez (BS, 1) 1.0-4-1-1-0-1 (8.68 ERA). Roldofo threw 11 pitches, 10 for strikes. My guess is they were hacking, and Roldolfo was too over the plate.

San Jose (55-51) lost 4-1

Miguel Gomez 2-4 (.245), 3B
Robbie Garvey 1-3 (.256), BB, 2 SB (6 & 7)

Jose Morel 4.0-4-4-4-5-5-80 (5.09 ERA)

Augusta (58-47) WALKED-OFF IN 9TH 3-2

Seth Harrison 3-4 (.264), HR (5th), 2 RBI, 1 R. Hit a game-tying homer in 7th, walk-off single in 9th

Grant Watson 5.1-7-2-2-1-4-87 (4.27 ERA)

Salem (19-24) lost 6-3

Bryan Reynolds 3-4 (.298), 2 R, outfield-assist
Heath Quinn 1-3 (.333), 2B. That's already Quinn's 15th XBH, in 40 games. Had over 20 homers at Samford this year.
Gio Brusa 0-2 (.288), 2 RBI sac-flies

Melvin Adon 4.1-11-6-5-1-1-88 (6.31 ERA)

DSL Giants (29-19) WON 2-1

Yep. Today it was Roldofo's turn to blow it, then baby Casilla in the 10th.

It's amazing because they easily have the most talent in our minor league system, but the worst record. It makes you wonder what the heck is going on. Like I said in another thread, I'm the least plugged into their team so I only wish I knew what was up.

Just looked at the box score for the River Cats last night. In their lineup:

Duffy
Tomlinson
Adrianza
Parker
Susac

That's a whole lot of major league talent in one AAA lineup.

I would like to hold on to KT, but the others, in my mind, are fair game. Would rather keep them all, though...

Ask him what is it like, as a highly regarded prospect in a buying organization, going through a trading deadline.

Conner Menez (2016 12th round pick) is probably going to be the starter for San Jose, filling in for Bickford's slot.

Good to see Blackburn continue his roll. And Kelby is on fire.

Has anyone heard a scouting report on Arroyo's defense? I really get the sense that he will start getting serious rotation next year, maybe even as early as next month. But he is new to 3B and I seem to remember reading at about the time he was drafted that his arm is not quite a rocket. Has anyone heard anything more recent?
