Kuharsky is right. Chip signed a N/S power back and had him run outside sweeps all day. Square peg in a round hole

Sounds like what Whisenhunt would do on 3rd-and-long. :gaah:

I
Look at the number of backup RBs that produced last year. They need to stick with what they have and give Mathews volume. If he gets hurt I'm sure there's a Chacandrick West buried in there or Tim Hightower that can ride the bench.

The next time Mathews survives consistent volume in the NFL will be the first time. Elliott at #13?

They just signed C Ben Jones away from the Texans to a four-year deal.

I think they are solidifying a plan for the draft! :hope:

I wouldn't be shocked if they took two guards in this draft as well, I know Pork Chop Womack didn't live up to his billing, but if Grimm can't reach him nobody can, their setting up pretty good.

So I just saw where the Titans got Murray for swapping 4th round picks with Philly, which is just a 13 spot drop. Yeah, that's a worthwhile deal. No longer a skeptic. I'll gladly take Murray, question marks, contract, and all for a 13 spot difference in the 4th round

The one thing that should probably be mentioned here is that Demarco is leaving a team whose system he didn't fit ideally because they were in shotgun too much and going to a team that.....uses shotgun an awful lot?!?

I didn't see much Tenn football this year but didn't they use Marriota in the shotgun an awful lot?
Dallas ran a lot of shotgun. Including a lot of shotgun runs...

@HammerDown you a Titans fan again now?

I said I would be again when Whisenhunt, Webster and Amy Adams were all gone.

The first two are done and a.) her hiring Robinson, and b.) the event with PSL owners are swaying me.

I don't see how Robinson can possibly mess up this #1 pick and I don't feel 10% as frustrated as last year, though I still say the Titans are YEARS away from winning a playoff game.

I hate this but I'm feeling excited again and I know how that's going to end.

Loving the Padres and Titans is a fucking curse, man! :mad2:

Yup. Losing to a vastly inferior opponent in the playoffs.

Happened how many times during the 2000s? Far too many.

With the exception of the Oakland AFCCG (where McNair was basically going 1 on 11), all of them.

When Baltimore came down here and kicked ass in that playoff game after we started 13-0 in 2009 was the beginning of the end for me.

Starting like the 8th best starting quarterback in the South that year didn't help.

Fisher was just a proven loser in big games.

A 4th round pick? Yep Titans won big on this!

If anyone in this league can fuck it up, it's the Titans.

Brought Randy Moss in.

Never threw him the ball. :L
