Pretty funny how people actually think Andrew Luck has been better than RW.

Could be. I don't follow the Seahawks closely......kinda like their own fans up until 3 years ago :pound:

I just looked it up. 2 years ago he played one game and had one reception for 17 yards. What a waste of 10 mil that was

I didn't look up playoff stats. I know he had the one run back in the superbowl but at that point the game was already over. I'd look up the playoff stats but I'm a lazy, lazy man

He didn't do much in the playoffs.

2 Playoff games in 2013 (including the Super Bowl).
Receiving - 6 targets. 4 receptions. 26 yards. 0 TDs. (1 rec in the SB for 5 yards)
Rushing - 3 attempts. 54 yards. 0 TDs (2 attempts in the SB for 45 yards)
Returning - 1 return. 87 yards. 1 TD (this was in the Super Bowl and was the kickoff return after halftime, the score was 22-0 and with the kickoff return it was 29-0)

So yeah, not much to do with any of Wilson's success at all. AND you're right, ultimately a complete waste of money.

poor luck has had 1 100 yard rusher and wilson has had 24 in the pros . the hawks are run first and then pass . wilson is the type of qb the colts eat for the simple fact he is a runner and alot of his sacks come from him trying to run instead of throwing the ball away . is wilson a good qb yes would i want him a 800 yard rushing qb no thank you he want hold up for the 10 - 15 years .

This proves that you haven't really watched him play very much, have you?

The SB is probably sticking out in Rex's mind. 45 yards in 2 rushes and the run back are nice chunks of yardage.

For sure! But ultimately none of those go to padding Wilson's stats.

Completely agree. I think very highly of Wilson. I think Luck is better but I don't think you can go wrong with either guy.

Russell Wilson has had 24? Are you counting his own 100 yard rush games in that number?

So we all agree then? Russell Wilson has been the more effective QB than Luck in their short careers as of right now?

Cool.

i just counted the leading rusher of 100 wilson was the leader in 2 of his 5 100 yard games . so take them out 22 /1 . the colts line was so bad they may have had the same starting line up in 2 or 3 games last year . the colts would run more if they could because people start sneaking the safety up to stop the run and then you go deep .

And yet, the Colts line was measurably better than the Hawks line.

Your excuses for the reasons why Andrew Luck has been sacked at such a remarkably lower rate than Wilson does not really hold water. Also, the Colts WRs have been better than anything the Hawks have had.

Just deal with those facts.

Sorry, one man teams do not make the play offs like the Colts have 3 years in a row. Andrew Luck had little to do with the play off win over the Broncos. He threw two ints in that game and he was unspectacular to say the least.

He is overrated. I know the Pats defense will have a real opinion on who the is the tougher QB to defend. It would be similar to the opinion of Chris Harris, who as I have mentioned is a pro bowl corner.

Just deal with the fact that as of right now RW has been more effective and there is no real debate about that. Who will have the better career? I do not know. Luck's little FF stats will most likely be better. I am willing to bet RW collects more hardware.

rw if he hands the dam ball off he would have 2 sb wins already . so take that for rw being a dumb ass .

Almost makes you wonder how if Lynch is just so great and so unstoppable why he never had a SB ring before.

Makes me wonder, considering how RW haters have elevated Lynch to the second coming of Jim Brown.

Maybe next year Luck will not throw an int in a play off game. Think he could do it? He has not been able to do that yet. Averaging two in each of his 6 play off games.

Oh right, you are one of those that think a football team makes the play offs as a result of ONE PLAYER. Call me dumb ass?

I certainly think Luck has been very hyped and yes RW has had a better career to this point. Interesting stats about sack rates.

Andrew Luck has been sacked at a far lower rate. Interesting.
