And we already covered that they were partially recovered from deleted messages on their phones so it's reasonable to conclude there were some that were not salvageable. Remember?

Those texts were 3 months before that game and at least 4 months prior to them digging into it. How many other missed conversations might there have been that were deleted and unrecoverable?

It's not unreasonable to ask to have his lawyer present just the texts related to the case at hand. It is the easiest to comply request of its kind I've ever heard of.

You don't have to be hiding something for there to be previously deleted records that might fill in the gaps. Again, it was 3-4 months prior to their digging. If he's as innocent as you believe, maybe there are texts that actually could have cleared him.

How do we know if there were conversations around other games besides the Jets that may not have been available for recovery at all. Maybe there's something there and maybe not. They didn't say there wasn't anything, they said they would not comply. And now they are paying for it. Rightly so.

I'm really not sure how to make this easier for you. They said his own lawyer could select the information they wanted and send it to them. That's it. Just go through it yourself and send us anything related. It is the most tame and accommodating request I've ever heard of.
