No disrespect to your opinion or feelings about Lebron or your team, but fuck the Heat. That's all I have to say, good night.

You should be saying fuck the Cavs. From my CBS experience bandwagon Cavs fans were much worse than the Heat fans on here.

When the season come around it will be no different except the team will be named Cavs instead of Heat

I will be the first to admit that when he first selected Cleveland today I was pretty pissed off and not only because he was leaving. I was pissed off because all the reports stated that as soon as he leave, Bosh will follow and basically it'll be 2009 & 2010 all over again for D-Wade. In addition to this I was pretty upset (and kinda still am) that he didn't tell the Heat before. I don't care what LBJ say, his mind was made up when Chris Sheridan broke the news that it was a 90% chance he goes back to Cleveland on Miami. He didn't just decide that he wanted to go home on Wed night or thursday afternoon. This was decided once he opted out. Kinda suck that he led the Heat on a bit. I have to think if they knew for sure (as LBJ did on Monday) that he wouldn't be coming back that there's no way Granger & McBob is signed. Heat would've used the MLE on something better so that's kinda messed up. All in all though now that he's Cleveland I won't root for him or against him because at the end of the day here, he was a class act and a great professional and leader in his 4 years. I don't think LBJ returns to Cleveland if he wasn't such a nice guy. Reason I say that is that it bothered him so much that the people in Cleveland disliked him so freaking much so the only way he thought he could change that is by returning to Cleveland. If he left in a different fashion where there wasn't as much backlash, I think he's still a Heat. Just for the record I still think Chris Sherdian source was LBJ agent. After the meeting with the Cavs, he probably told him LBJ/Gilbert made up and there's no way he's returning to Miami.

Now as for the Heat moves. I'm so happy Pat was able to get Bosh back and I don't give a damn that he overpaid for him. I expect to see Bosh develop into the Toronto Bosh but better and I think he will avg 20-22 PPG & 8 or 9 RPG. I also expect to see a more assertive D-Wade. I'm expecting Wade to get his shots back up in that 15-16 per night and I think he will average in the low 20's and shoot about 50%. If the Heat are able to get Deng/Ariza and a few quality role players, we will be fighting for a top 4 seed out East.

ROFL @ being happy about getting Bosh back

Other teams disagree with you also. Houston was ready to give him max to be the 3rd option. Miami gave him max to be the top option

It's not that hard guys. The actual article that went up on SI.com was likely written when James camp said it was. What was contained in that article likely came from a separate source. A lot of what was in the article could have been from a journal James had kept since leaving. It could have been the formation of a bunch of James thoughts he had put down on paper since the season ended.

Whatever the source it's very clear James has had a hole in his heart ever since he left home, and was longing to go back at some point. He decided that point needed to be now rather than in another year or two.

I think anybody with a new family of their own can relate to wanting to be in a place you call home. I live a 1000 miles away from my parents and grandparents. It never bothered me for years, and I really love and enjoy the city I am in now. However things do change, I now have an 18 month old son and if the opportunity to move back home presented itself as possible I'd do it. I hate the fact that my son right now is deprived of being around family. I grew up surrounded by aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, etc. but here where I currently live the closes relative is my wife's mom who is still a 100 miles away.

Ohio is home for the man. He has kids now. He wants to cement his legacy in a place he calls home, in a place he wants to raise his family.

I wouldn't be so excited about having Bosh back at that amount. One team was willing to give him the max, and we all know how bad Houston has fucked up their offseason by letting Parson's become a RFA & having to overpay him now just to keep him & giving 2 first round draft picks for cap space they didn't need.

By paying Bosh what Miami did, combined with Wade, they are going to be stuck in a malaise for a few seasons. They will be a decent team but will be constrained by salary till Wade is off the books. They only saving grace is that they play in the east & still should get a top 4 seed.

Miami could have went full rebuild mode or play it out for the 2015 FA class by signing 1 year deals. Instead Riley panicked & overpaid for Bosh which will put the Heat around $40 for 2 player for the next couple of seasons.

ESPN's coverage of Lebron's return is giving me a cavity, honestly making me want to :puke:

I wish Lebron the best if luck delivering the city of Cleveland a major sports title but ESPN is really overselling this.

"Lebron's return is bigger than basketball."

Are they for real?

I just figured it was their big day, didn't think they would milk it this bad. I'm seriously like :puke: watching this. It's really a joke watching this. It's like we just won WW2 or something :laugh3:

This is such a joke of a sports channel. They can't even cover baseball without talking about Lebron .
