So if 6' 8" is better than 6' 6", then 6' 10" must be even better, right? :noidea:

Shane, you're getting silly, man.

Yes, Lebron is two inches taller than MJ. The comparisons end there. If you asked 100 NBA GM's if they'd take MJ or Lebron, 100 would take MJ without even thinking about it. Not 99, but all 100.

This is silly, man.

Right now, of course. I never once said Lebron was better, doesn't mean he couldn't win 1-on-1

LOL…what doesn't have many moving parts? You wanted to compare WS which has many moving parts. Are you always this contradictory. Most of the main components of the bulls were there when grant was there then not there those 2 seasons, a somewhat knowledgeable fan could come up with a reason as to why they think Grant's absence coincided with the bulls have a worse record but maybe this is too much for you.

Bill Cartwright left the Bulls in 1994 and their record suffered. Bill Cartwright is what made the Bulls great.

Laker fans and a lone Nebraska fan are butthurt that Lebron DOES have a chance, and at that a pretty damn good one.

"I'm confident that barring injury to either team, if they play each other even, the Pacers will beat Miami in six games. They're going to climb on Hibbert's shoulders and take the East. "

SportsHoopla guessing game.
This quote, and numerous other similar, came from whom?

Obviously anyone's opinions are valid, but blinded Heat haters are the most amusing to debate with.
When they are totally wrong on one topic, it quickly is deflected, and their hope begins on the next.
They speak with such certainty, up until the day they are proven wrong.

Of course not.

I honestly can see either team winning.
To me this is the ultimate pick 'em series.

The avi's been lucky so far, so I'll just ride it out until they win or lose.

Not that big a deal.
People here bury the Heat everyday. That's also putting the cart before the horse.

It's not like I plastered some real tattoo on my body like some of these fanatics do.

Like I posted a while back.

Best case scenario:

Last 4 years: 4 Final appearances, 3 Championships.

Worst case:

4 straight Final appearances, 2 Championship.

Obviously as a fan I prefer option 1 over option2, but I can gladly live with either.

Are you intentionally this obtuse? WS is a metric. It has value. Is it the only thing? Nope. What else do you want to add to the comparison? Your expert opinion? Then write it up. And I will dismantle it.

And answer the question? Do you really think MJ is only worth 2 additional wins per year? Do you really think it was Ho Grant that made the Bulls tick?

What is the value of the WS metric then, please enlighten me because your metric is telling that Lowry was more valuable than Toni Parker this season. Maybe the Spurs should have made a trade for Lowry during the season.

When Horace went to the Magic, didn't they go to Finals that year? Did that happen with Bill Cartwright?

I don't get it. The fact that kobe is 10 years older than those guys is somehow a big insult to them? :noidea:

Laker fans pretty much these days need to live in the past.

The last few seasons haven't looked so great, and the near future looks like a rebuild process.
