No, that's supposedly the reason he was mad. But I guess the story you read left out the part where he was invited to the ring ceremonies at the beginning of the year and he never responded to phone calls, texts, etc. Or that they have tried to give him the ring in LA and over the last three days. Just another attempt at garnering some media spotlight. He wins!

I was hoping that it was because he was getting the business from the fans that sit right next to the bullpen. That would've been hilarious!! He's being a baby either way.
