Yea ... the thing is Profar is serving as the UIF dummy right now. If he's not going to get regular PT then might be wise to get Garcia back up and have him sit on the bench.

But to make room for Chirinos to be that 3rd catcher ... somebody has to go.

Damn, I knew I missed somebody, need Garcia as the backup

I'd like to see Murphy and Baker in a pretty strict platoon if they keep Murphy and send Profar & Beltre down to call up Garcia & Chirinos then

I'd trade my first son for Cargo

just don't trade any left-handed son. My Dad is a believer that if you have a left handed boy, you get him pitching as soon as he can walk.

(I know you're kidding, my father is not. Ha)

Seems to be the logical move if Profar and Beltre aren't going to get to play enough to remain sharp. A month back at Round Rock and then move Profar (most logically) back up so he's playoff eligible.

I agree with your Dad. I just didn't put um on the hill before it's 60 ft 6'.
My advice was learn the game, play OF/1B as a young player, and get surgical tube with a ball hooked to a wall and build that arm strength as the player matures.

I've already told my wife that as soon as our son is old enough to walk, I am going to have him throwing a ball left-handed (regardless of whether he is naturally left-handed or not) and kicking a football. Left-handed pitchers and field goal kickers will always be in demand and don't have to necessarily be as great to get scholarships and eventually earn millions. If you want to retire in style, you gotta start 'em early.
