It seems like it was due to police exports going back and forthIt was the strangest parade is that there was so much time in between vehicles most if the time.
I believe he started 29 times, won 9 lost 8. how do you account for 12 remaining games? He averaged 5.57 innings per start.

You saw how bad our bullpen was all year and you still wonder about that? Non-decisions are not a mark of an injury plagued pitcher; a lack of starts and a low number of innings pitched are.I believe he started 29 times, won 9 lost 8. how do you account for 12 remaining games?

105.3 The FAN on my way home was giving an over/under on how many bench clearing brawls there will be between Houston and the Rangers when they play next year.
All I am saying is for what ever the reason, he had 12 non-decisions and some were injury. (blisters) With a 9-8 record I think he would be better utilized in the pen.You saw how bad our bullpen was all year and you still wonder about that? If the vehicles would have been more together they wouldn't have had to have so many different policemen. I would imagine there will be some changes next time. This was their first so it is a learning experience. It seems like it was due to police exports going back and forth
He had one blister problem this year in June. Lots of starting pitchers have one or two a year. All I am saying is for what ever the reason, he had 12 non-decisions and some were injury. (blisters) With a 9-8 record I think he would be better utilized in the pen.
Let's move on. 29 starts and only 9 wins spell bull pen and Bradford replacing him in rotation. He had one blister problem this year in June. Lots of starting pitchers have one or two a year.
Agree no interest in him.He can stay in LA, he's never been as good in the playoffs as he is in the regular season...
That’s awesome
It is also noted he was on the 15 day IL for lower forearm tightness.Let's move on. 29 starts and only 9 wins spell bull pen and Bradford replacing him in rotation.
Yes, at the very end of the season. We have had a lot of good starters over the year with 28 or less starts, guys like Darvish, Colby, Cliff Lee, and Holland. It is also noted he was on the 15 day IL for lower forearm tightness.
What about 32 starts and 10 wins? That is what Montgomery had this year.29 starts and only 9 wins
Yes but he was with us only a short time or he may have had more. What about 32 starts and 10 wins? That is what Montgomery had this year.
Montgomery had 4 wins in 11 games for us.Yes but he was with us only a short time or he may have had more.
They blew around 5 of his starts at the end of the year and most were on Chapman.Montgomery had 4 wins in 11 games for us.
All of our starters would have had more wins if not for our historically bad bullpen.
