Gruden had more success here than Rivera and he didn't have full roster control, yet, you want to give Rivera more time.

Harris can look at the playoff win, but he needs to look at riveras tenure here and his CAR days.

He also needs to review Riveras GM moves.

yes we can do better at GM. I think RR is an ok coach but of course we could upgrade. The point of this was the playoff win. What i think about RR doesnt matter.

Players started reporting to training camp on Friday, July 21st. You have to have a coach in place to coach players and run practice Dean. The timing was awful.

It would have been a terrible start of his tenure to have players show up with no coaching staff. There was no time to research and interview coaches.

No he can't dean...it's in his contract. He is the president. I don't care what the website says. It is his role with the team. As president, he formed the front in a way that he is the GM as well. Mayhew has the title but Rivera is his boss and has final say. Draft night showed that.
