I know that the Eagles had a great weekend because all of my social media feeds are littered with people trying to run it down and criticize it. That only happens when your team killed it.
Pretty much hinges on Carter. Best talent in the draft but that could go either way. Could make a future HOF. Could be out of the league in a few years. Generally teams should bet on talent.

They drafted a bunch of over rated head case, problem children who will all be out of the league within two years...at least that's what I'm telling myself
If you put them in most other NFL situations you might be right.

I still don’t think that was the best pick. I think getting Nolan Smith at 30 was a major coup.

Solid. Really like what the Bengals did - a ton of value and helped to stock some areas of need and depth, while adding speed on offense and preparing for some likely defections in a few years on defense with all the money going into the offense at the moment...

I am ok with the Patriots draft though apparently it is only worthy of a C/C- from the "experts"

I give the Niner draft a C. Got a good safety with our first pick in rd 3, but then reached for a kicker and backup TE. Our Day 3 picks were what saved the grade from being a D.

I like it

Worked on the trenches, where games are won and lost

Not a fan of the qb selected but we will see.

Nice round group of productive, highly athletic, little injury concern

Completely agree. Stetson is a question mark, would've been more on board as a sixth rounder. Drafting a punter is always a waste IMO, so that one sits poorly with me, especially with Corey Trice sitting there who I liked as a zone corner. 14 picks was a lot of fun, if mostly on day 3.

I don't know. Almost every team in the NFL had a chance to get Nolan Smith and didn't. There is a little bit of a voltron effect when it comes to assembling all of the Georgia players together so I think he has a chance to be really good for the Eagles but Im not sure what value he has across the league.

Probably the worst pick of the draft IMO
Not only the worst pick, but also the worst draft in my opinion. If I gave grades like a mini-better-looking Mel Kiper, I'd give the 49ers an F.

He’s really not a scheme fit for a number of teams.

I am fine with the Bills draft. Not sure if Dorian Williams will be able to fill the shoes of Edmunds.

1st round - Dalton Kincaid, UTAH, TE-1
Pick makes perfect sense. The Bills needed a game-changer offensive weapon. Robinson and Gibbs were off the board early. Flowers, JSN, Addison, and Johnston (the Big Four) went all in a row. The Bills traded up two spots to leap frog Dallas, which desperately needed a TE. The Bills picked a de facto slot wide receiver. Kincaid is seen more as a receiver than as a blocker.

2nd round - O'Cyrus Torrence, FLORIDA, G-2
Based on what I read, he never gave up a single sack during his 4-year college starting experience. That's what I love consistency and dominance. Skoronski (billed as Tackle, but projected as G) and Steve Avila went ahead of him, but I have a great feeling, he's going to be a blue chip player if he stays healthy. The Bills need to protect Allen and help out in run game.

3rd round - Dorian Williams, TULANE, LB-8
Looks like a decent LB prospect. Had some monster games playing in the American Conference, especially against Cincinnati and UCF in 2022.

5th round - Justin Shorter, FLORIDA, WR-18
Despite being named "Shorter", he is a very tall WR. Bills drafted him for depth & competition purposes. I have done zero homework on him. Based on the stats, he wasn't really a go-to receiver at Florida or Penn State.

7th round - Nick Broeker, Ole Miss, G-13 & Alex Austin, Oregon State, CB-36
Both picks are there to add depth & competition purposes. I have zero expectations for them.

I am not into draft grades, but it looks like Brandon Bean did a pretty good job there. Rounds 1-3 are more important and have the higher percent chance of becoming starters.

Day 1 and 2 were solid to great IMO, day 3 picks were unfamiliar to me as well. Dorian Williams is more in the mold of Matt Milano than Edmunds, but Edmunds-sized off-ball linebackers were extremely thin in this draft (essentially Campbell and maybe Sanders).

It really helps having Stafford to help, this is also really McVay's first time drafting a qb. So Bennett should have little to no excuses.

I could see Stetson basically becoming what Baker was for them late last season. A fill in QB with moxie that can keep you in a game or two if pushed into action. Expecting much more is pushing it IMO. I don't think he moves the needle much as an eventual Stafford replacement.

I saw a lot of ratings much higher.
Kiper said the Patriots had the 3rd best.....

I just saw the one that popped up on my phone. Didn't see who actually wrote it though

I'd be happy to be wrong, lol. Day 3 is a good place to take shots like that, just wish it was a little later. Rams did a fine job in the 5th/6th rounds IMO.

I love the Bears first rounder.......even tho I didnt get the player I wanted in PJ,we did get a stud ol in Darnell Wright......

I was really nervous the way Carter was falling to us and figured he was gonna be our pick.....So I was ecstatic when we traded down to Philly......

So Ud like to thank the worst fans in sports for taking him off our hands.....now you have one of the worst human beings.....congrats

Thank you for maintaining a garbage locker room so that a franchise like the Eagles who have cultivated and maintained a culture of accountability can take advantage of drafting the best player in the draft at 9. I agree he would have likely not worked out for the Bears because they don’t have leadership like Fletcher Cox or Brandon Graham in their locker room.
