Stunning lack of perspective from Jerry Dipoto and Scott Servais:..

i dont think so...yet.

and ....no

Taylor Trammell has a strong prospect pedigree and was the centerpiece of the Austin Nola trade. Because you have two higher profile OF prospects and he’s struggled briefly in MLB, he’s now just pinch hit fodder?

a flying mis calculation ..on ..your part ...sir..

I am perhaps ignorant or not following you. But I am thinking why was Trammell pinch hit in the first place by Moore? I surely don’t follow the team as closely as I do the Rangers. Maybe you agreed how they were managed today.

So my original post was to see how this board feels about how the club is being GMd and managed.

As a Mariners fan of 45 years, Mariners are not managed. They are mismanaged.

Angels have lost 10 straight. At least we’re not that miserable. Yet…

the skipper does...so but that would be off the top..

Tuesday afternoon, the Toronto Blue Jays announced that they had designated Ryan Borucki for Assignment.

The 28-year-old has had two separate stints on the injured list so far this season and has been hampered by several injuries over the last few campaigns. Borucki has made just 11 appearances this year for a total of 6.1 innings allowing seven runs and a total of 13 base runners, including two home runs to the tune of a 9.95 ERA.

The 6’4″, 210 lbs left-handed pitcher progressed through the Blue Jays minor league system after being selected as a high school player in the 15th round of the 2012 MLB June Amateur Draft. Borucki had his biggest progression in 2017 when he pitched at three levels of baseball which led to an 8-8 record and a 2.93 ERA over 150.1 innings pitched with 157 strikeouts.

He made his Major League debut in June 2018 and would finish the season in the starting rotation. To finish out his rookie campaign, Borucki threw 97.2 innings and started 17 games, however, injuries kept creeping up and he was unable to stay healthy for the years to come.

Between 2019-2022, Borucki had tossed just 53.1 innings at the Major League level and had an ERA of 5.57 and WHIP of 1.613 over that period of time, while also throwing 27.1 more innings in the minor leagues.

basic prob AAA..unless...he shows ...good

Here is a weird pitching stat for you: Last year Austin Adams threw only 53 innings and hit 24 batters. I keep thinking that has to be a typo but...
Even a crazier stat. I don’t understand how that is possible and get paid to do it. 1 wild pitch per ten pitches is nuts but damn beaning a dude once every two innings is crazy.
