No Pocic, no Griffin, no Dunbar, no Carson, no Hyde, and no Mayowa.
If we win this game we can beat anyone. Fuck.

Going to be rough today... I don't see us winning this game unless Alex Collins and our running game can keep that Rams defense honest... I wouldn't be surprised if we lost 38-24 or something like that...No Pocic, no Griffin, no Dunbar, no Carson, no Hyde, and no Mayowa.

The root of the problem is our run game this team is basically what we were in 2016 teams didn't respect our run game so they basically just focused on RW and covering our receivers. Its no coincidence we are 5-0 when Carson and Hyde are playing and 1-3 since they got hurt. This offense isn't built for RW to throw heavily even though Russ has done well at times when he has. We need to have a respectable run game.
If Carson is back healthy, it'll be a big factor as our passing game will once again open up and play action actually becomes play action again.I think if we are being honest we can probably expect a third straight loss this week when we face the Cards. I doubt our defense is fixed (or even better) by then and Kyler Murray is playing at a higher level than Goff. I think he's going to carve us up and it will get ugly.
I think we need to implement a "Seahawk's defense factor" of x1.5 to any opposing QB we face. For example this week it's Murray. He's averaging 268 yards passing and roughly 2 passing TD's per game. That's against normal NFL defenses. Using the SDF we can expect him to go for 402 yards and 3.5 passing TDs. That doesn't account for his legs. He rushes for about 70 yards a game and 1 rushing TD as well. We are fucked.
Just watched that and it doesn't put the coaching in a good light with all the miscommunications.Enjoy
This was a much needed win we could not have lost both games to them this season. Under no circumstances should we lose any of the next 4 games we need to go on a strong run
Olsen's a great guy but I agree... I feel like we need to let him walk at the end of the season... We need to see what we have in Dissly and check to see if he can make it through a full season...Sounds like Olsen is done. Ruptured fascia. He may be able to return but I doubt it. He was okay this year, but we need to let him walk after this year. I'd rather see the money go to Dunlap if he'd be willing to sign a 2 year $15M or something until the younger guys start to step up.
