DAMMIT!! D'Antoni needs to coach the Pels.
don't know what his contract is if he decided to stay but wonder if he'll overplay his hand. Many teams will be saving for 2021 FA and who knows what cap does with no fans for 17 games and playoffs. That is the problem with free agency in sports.
Guy plays really well for a few games in the playoffs, then signs a contract for significantly more than he is actually worth and becomes a cap burden to the “winner” of the bidding war.
The best values are always:
1) Max players who are actually worth it
2) players on rookie deals
3) vets playing on cheap deal for whatever reason
Most years I'd say no doubt, but maybe not this season (for reasons in my previous post).Exactly. And looking at his career numbers he's been in the league for 7 years now. Only once has he started 70+ games. Never averaged 14 ppg in a season. I think he's damn good role player. But some team out there will overpay. There's no doubt about that.
Heard he went in on a duplex in strongsville with Cowher. Here come the rumors...![]()

Bradley Beal Fuels Lakers Rumors After He Purchases $6.8M House in Los Angeles
Washington Wizards star guard Bradley Beal reportedly purchased a $6.8 million house in Los Angeles. “One of the largest homes in L.A.’s hip Venice neighborhood has sold for $6.8 million, according to property records,” Variety’s James McClain wrote.lakersdaily.com
Green might be a decent trade chip. Not a crazy contract and expiring after next season. wouldn't rule out being included for a star from a team looking to save money (problem, as you alluded, might be what else they could include).I agree in part, but players like Kuzma and Green will still have value. Not even close to get a star player though.

I wonder if it makes sense to pick up his option of $9 mil+? If he believes in himself, that's what he should do, IMO. go back on the market in 2021 when cap goes back up and more teams have money to spend.I want Grant to stay in Denver. But I understand why he's gone. Hope he gets a nice contract.

agree.....despite a few hiccups, MLB got through a season. True, it is played outdoors, but also twice as many players. That is a terrible idea imo...They need to go back to regular games imo
These are athletes they will be fine

You do realize the decision to exclude fans is more about protecting the fans that the players right? Players need to be protected too, but cmon man.
Thousands of fans crammed in an indoor arena during a global pandemic is a horrible idea.
@tlance I'll eat some crow today. You mentioned Justin Herbert being legit, I didn't think he'd be good at all. I'll stand corrected on that one, sir.
Burrow is definitely starting to get the hang. and of course there was MY dazzling QB...I am telling you, my friend’s data does not miss on rookie QBs. There is some variance in the middle tier of his picks. But he always nails the highs and the lows. Always.
You all will see in time.
