Cowards WILL BE cowards..
Yeah, I'm out on a limb with that one. lol
I mean, who knew a star player actually might make a team better...?
think this might catch on...?

Why's that? I like him on the Heat and also would like him on the Cavs.If he somehow had landed on the Cavs (especially when James was there)....there would be a very different narrative from Cavs fans.
somewhat agree, though I would not write them off the next 2-3 years just yet (this year depending when Klay gets back).I'm with Wiggy, though, the mileage on their core and Klay's injury have got me worried that their window is closing sooner than expected and with the W's locked into all those long contracts that could handcuff the franchise for quite a while
Ask your cohort 1 nut Wiggy. Why's that? I like him on the Heat and also would like him on the Cavs.
OK...he is a Cavs fan. Not fans.Ask your cohort 1 nut Wiggy.

Agree with everything, though would add where the Spurs excelled and GS..eh....not so much was in finding better role players to go with their core. And that's what cracks me up so much about people knocking D'Lo's signing. The Warriors basically signed a 23 year old all star to a 4 year deal to help alleviate this, but people act like it's a negative. The Warriors weren't going to let Klay walk. After KD left they certainly weren't going to let Draymond walk. And Curry will (hopefully) retire a Warrior or at the very least will be with them until he's in his late-ish 30's.
So the Warriors covered all their bases. They got younger. They retained a strong core. They remain competitive when healthy. I don't see how people can still knock this team. But maybe I'm also mis-remembering how people viewed the Spurs keeping their core intact too.

Just looked. And by no surprise @WiggyRuss hasn't taken your bet. I wonder why that is?

Reality is that whatever Warriors do THIS season will be better then if an injured Durant had stayed.
After this season, who knows?
Exactly. Even next year they'd be better because the free agent class is extremely weak and they'd have to likely punt two seasons if they wanted to try to chase a real franchise cornerstone. So at the very least the Warriors will be better for the next two seasons. After that things change quickly in the NBA.
He wants to add another year lol.
A 5 year future vcash bet, like 4 wasn't bad enough.
Bottom line, he is showing how much faith he really has in the Cavs being relevant or this master plan.
So far he wants 6 years to possibly think Cavs make to round 2 or 3, and claims to be happy about it.
Yes, I know this year 6 for the Heat, because that will be his counter, but Heat plan was derailed by Bosh which was nobody's fault.
So in other words he's full of shit again & won't take the bet you offered. Why am I not surprised he chickened out on your bet?
To be fair hes saying he said 5-6 years , but now of course wants 6.
If its not that, it’ll be another excuse.
Im not worried about it.
We know the deal.
Give it a couple more days & he'll say he wants 7 years.
