Will AD want to be traded after this?

AD is a great player but Harden and Giannis are leading their teams deep into the playoffs, AD is complaining about the team he is on while he watches them play at home. Giannis was better this past year...pretty easily. Harden might be the best offensive player in the game.

you guys are out of your minds. Giannis is a slam dunk better than Davis at this point. I dont even think that one is particularly close.

Actually, it's very close.

Their numbers for last season are virtually identical and outside of scoring (24ppg for AD to 19ppg for Giannis) are also very close.

AD is a better perimeter player both last year and throughout his career than Giannis.

Based on what we saw last season, these guys were all better.

Kawhi
Durant
Giannis
Curry
Harden

LeBron and Davis were probaby the next 2 based on 2019 performance.

Next year through?

With KD out, Davis and and LeBron could both be top 3 with Kawhi. Davis could even be #1.

Davis and Giannis are two most likely players to take over the top spot from Kawhi next season, IMO. And Kawhi is Defintely #1 at the moment.

Yeah this past year, AD wasn't a top 5 player. Could he be? Definitely.

lol

Harden and Giannis have a better supporting cast around them than AD had too.

Diet and exercise. Every one is subject to them, but some more so. For example driving 6 hours without getting out to exercise is one. Some foods will discourage then

Diet and exercise had nothing to do with Ingram's blood clots. It was a structural issue that was corrected with surgery and not expected to be a problem ever again.

this is YOUR list of Top 5 players from less than 2 months ago

1. Lebron: while @tlance makes some good points, I'm not holding his first significant time out injured against him. He's the best until someone shows himself to be better when Lebron is healthy.

2. KD: the one guy with enough of an all around game to pass Lebron and a case can be made that he's already better.

3. Giannis: If KD falters, he's the heir apparent. But he still has a couple of holes in his game that need filled.

4. Curry: His unselfishness actually hurts him on lists like this, imo.

5. Harden: hate putting him here over AD, because I don't like how he plays, but AD needs to show he can stay healthy.

top 5 player? cmon now.

Obviously LeBron, Durant, Giannis, Leonard, Curry, Harden are all better. You can make cases based on preference for Embiid, Westbrook, George, Jokic, Lillard.

top 5...

who do I believe...?

I also qualified AD because of his injuries and Giannis' weaknesses hadn't been exposed yet. I also didn't realize that AD had played in 75 games in his 2 seasons prior to this one.

After learning that AD's injury history isn't as bad as I thought and seeing Giannis exposed, I think AD is currently better. I do, however, think that Giannis will eventually surpass AD.

lol....yah.....i am 100% sure this would sitll be your opinion if Davis was still a Pelican. Cmon man thats from 2 months ago......

hey....whatever floats your boat.

That thread was from about 6 weeks ago and a ton of people replied.

I went through it, and the consensus top 5 to me seemed to be:

1. Durant
2. Giannis
3. Curry
4. LeBron
5. Harden

the names that showed up the most beside those 5 were Kawhi and Westbrook.

Davis and Embiid were pretty even after that it seemed-- which to me makes sense.

Plenty of people had Giannis as their #1 overall. I didnt see one person have Davis in their top 4

Speaking of those 2 to me it seems like AD's been in the league for 10+ years yet he's only 26. And now that he's a Lakers I find that disgusting. Giannis will be 25 during the season. Barring injury both should be in the MVP conversation for the next however many years though.
