I defended Bell saying if he had to give up a 1 year 14 million season to get a 4 year deal averaging 11-12 million a year with a comfortable guarenteed salary then I say it is worth it and he is actually entitled to it. RB's have only so much mileage they can expect out of their bodies and Bell didn't want to waste a year of his on what the Steelers were offering him. I can understand the frustration as a fan but his body is his industry. He's got a 7 year window to make whatever he's going to make for himself and then it's over.
