He only ranked it that way cause the Cowboys have a superior OLine loaded with stars and an average QB.
You telling me that you’d rather have a 25 year old Tyron Smith over a 25 year old Tom Brady. Please.
everyone rating OL high may make PE1 have an aneurysm
Just wait until he realizes his ELITE MVP QB wasn't so elite, when his OL wasn't #1.
Wrong. I have a long history of saying I'd build my team from the inside out. You have spent enough time on the Cowboys board, and I'm pretty sure you know this already.
Just wait until his ELITE MVP QB wasn't so elite, when his OL wasn't #1.
He’s elite with a great OLine or without. Every team needs a good OLine but teams have won SBs with bad OLines like the Seahawks. But keep thinking Wentz is not a superstar. Fine with me. And QBs play in the inside
Every good team builds from the inside out but putting QB at 3rd is pretty much on par for you... stupid. So again, you’d rather have a 25 year old Tyron Smith over a 25 year old Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers.
That's not what I said at all. If you could GUARANTEE the QB I'm drafting will be elite, I'm going QB. Problem is too many college QBs fail in the NFL behind crap lines. I'll build my lines, and let good but not elite players flourish behind them.
Hell it worked with Wentz and Foles.
CenterWe build our line via trades, FA, late round picks and one top 5 pick. We traded away a shit ton for the QB cause everyone knows QB was, is and always will be number 1.

Rodgers is in the discussion for GOAT has one SB. Eli is no where close to GOAT has two rings. Incidentally those two rings came against Brady, another QB in the GOAT conversation.
Yes, I would build the lines before QB.
OL, because a good one can get a shot QB a superbowl MVP.That’s not the question “What would you build first”. It’s “What’s the most important position groups” QB is the most important position. OLine consists of Centers and Guards too. Is Travis Fredricks more important then Tom Brady.
Wentz’s first year wasn’t incredible because he had next to no college experience. He threw more passes before the end of season one then he did his entire college career. He needed experience and time. The OLine definitely helped him blossom but an average QB wasn’t going 11-1 and leading the league again n TDs, 3rd down conversions and 4th down conversions behind that line.
