Every Single Team in the PAC will take a step back from last year except for Washington.

So the PAC wins the prize.
UW and USC should be around the same of where they were. Oregon and UCLA will do better than last year. I dont know how much better Stanford can be but I cant see them doing worse either. same with WSU. In order for some teams to do worse, that typically means someone else will do better. so if teams like Colorado and Utah who had good years step back one of the Arizona Schools likely steps up.

The pac could have 6+ teams in the top 25. The big could have 3-4?

I'm just hoping the ACC doesn't slide back into last place again.

Big 12 obviously.

We are going to beat the piss out of the squats in November (no promises in the championship game) and the media narrative will be how much the conference sucks. Same thing as 2011.

Big 12 running away with this poll in a complete blowout.

Based on the Hoops history of off-season threads, it's a lock the Big 12 will be good in 2017

Until Baylor gets back to dominating, the answer is the Big Xii.

Sucks but that's the truth.

I tend to agree but then :noidea: who knows.
I don't make it a habit of agreeing with "your kind" but in this case I will ease up on my policy as I agree I can see the PAC slipping this year with the exception of 1-2 teams.

It was a tough vote for me. Honestly all of the Power 5 conferences are strong and I don't see much separation there at all. I mean a few years ago I thought the Big 10 and ACC where clearly the worst and the SEC was obviously the strongest and look how 2016 turned out.

It's always hard. At this time you base it off top 2-3 teams. I would have 3 candidates, Big 10, Big 12, and PAC. Big 10 will depend on the Michigan schools. Can MSU rebound. How far will Michigan fall. Plus I think OSU is over-rated. PAC gas USC and Washington, but where are UCLA, ASU, and Oregon? Big 12 is about Texas. Where are Texas, YOU, and Baylor.

Let's not count out the SEC. The SEC East is easily the worst division in all of CFB and there isn't one playoff contender outside of Bama. The media will overrate the ever living shit out of 5-6 teams as usual, but really, only Bama is worthy of another playoff spot and will easily run through that conference as usual, until they play Ole Miss. I would also throw the Pac in there. 6 teams had losing records last year and Okie st laid waste to their 2nd best team and made it look easy. But yeah, don't count out the Big 12 as being weak this year.

10-3 should have been 11-2 Ok state laid waste to the Pac 12 runner up but I don't know if I would say they were the 2nd best team.

At the end of the season, Washington was the second best team.
