Green Bay has ZERO pass rush… Kap has all day back there… I MEAN ALL DAY.. If they escape that's gonna change next week…

It could also be because of the field, it looks like there is no footing anywhere, guys are slipping everywhere. Looks like 49ners are going to kick the game winner soon.

that would have been a tough game for anyone. The Field looked bad and the Weather was very cold. As bad as the Field looked though it was nothing like Fedex field last season. I saw only a fraction of the slipping tonight as i saw in that game last season.

The Panthers are a much better team "right now" than the Packers are so the 49ers better play a LOT better than they did today. Kaep almost threw the game away to a pretty weak defense.

Kaep tried very hard to lose the game for the niners. If they play again like that next week then we'll be playing the Panthers (assuming we win next week).

I still think the Niners beat the Panthers. They are more talented overall on both sides of the ball. I know how that 1st match up went but they didnt have crabtree then. I dont think anyone takes down the 49ers besides the Hawks and vice versa.

I disagree, the 49ers barely beat the Pack on the road, the Panthers are much tougher and a much longer trip to go to the east coast. It's going to be a Seahawks vs Panthers for the championship IMO.

Harold, we wasted quite a few opportunities throughout this game. I also would like to say that the extreme weather also factored into it as kicking long FGs became obsolete in this game, which played against the Niners given how often they were on GB's side of the field. The last time we played CAR, we were without Aldon Smith and Crabtree. That's kind of a big deal. I disagree with your assessment. :suds:

The Niners barely beat them because they played like crap. I hope for better play from the Niners next week.

I really thought SF was going to crush the Packers today but they were a couple of dropped ints away from a loss. I'm sure they'll get out of Carolina with a win somehow.

I really didn't see the weather as being as big a factor as advertised. Frankly I expected the 49ers to thump the living shit out of the Packers, turned out to be a hell of a game. Gives me much hope for the next 49er matchup.
I just saying.....

Harold, are you kidding me? You would complain about scratching your nuts in -13 degree weather...how can you say that WASN'T a factor?

Planting to throw is an issue. Both QBs were seen running into their throws multiple times to get anything on them without throwing ducks. You saw turf issues with guys slipping and sliding all over the place. Hell, Crabtree juked himself out three different times after catching the ball.

I thought it was a fun game to watch but seriously, when damn near EVERYONE is wearing sleeves, including the linemen, you know it's severe shrinkage cold.

honestly I really dont care about the 49ers right now they have their hands full next week against the panthers. We should all focus on the saints, even though we smashed them earlier in the season but they have film to look on and work off of to come up with a new gameplan.

Looking past the Panthers who beat you in San Fran??

I always knew 49er fans were not to bright but i did not know they were down right stupid.

Says the guy who is looking past the saints. If the refs call all the holding and PI your dbs do on nearly every play its going to be a long game for the seahawks.

yep down right stupid are the 49er fans. Show me where i am looking past the Saint. Also if the refs call all the holding your Dline does to create open pass rushing lanes you are in for a VERY VERY long day.

The refs showed us this past weekend that they are not going to call anything unless it is absolutely blatant (and even then, they might not call it!). I don't think either team has much to worry about with calls, they are going to let teams play, which is the way it should be.
