For fuck's sake, can we get to the start of the season without losing anymore key players!

2013 Golson

2014 Frozen Five then all in-season injuries

2015. Golson again, Bryant, Jarron Jones and now Crawford. Schmidt will be hampered and Procise limited. We don't just lose guys. We lose guys we really, really need.

Crawford is better than Farley except in obvious running situations. He is serviceable, but we need more athletes like Crawford out there. I am so sick of the off season bullshit that happens to this team.

it never ends. after last years injuries on D can we get a break. im so pissed. WTF. damn it. this is insane. we took our hits last year. football gods please stop this. we arent even in season yet.

Agree Crawford is better, but at least we have Farley to fall back on. Big hitter who knows what he has to do. He can show up at key times. Better than not having him.

Ya, these injuries and decommits/transfers are starting to bother me a little bit...

nah if it were hamstring or a muscle thing but these are leg injuries that deal with ligaments. freak injuries that happen. just sucks to see.

U know who we haven't heard about since he picked ND is one of the top rated TE's in the country in high school. Tyler Luatua. Looks like he might be a bust. I just don't see him getting much playing time at ND. Jones is already the #2 TE and he is a Frosh.

Another Fresh playing really well and Kelly said will get playing time is St Brown. The guy is talented and Kelly said this kid is going to be special here at ND.

Luatua will be used as a blocker. He was used a bit last year. Jones will mostly play detached. They like Weishar too. They say St. Brown is backing up Fuller at X receiver.

I won't call a kid that's played one season a bust not yet. He is a better blocker than pass catcher anyway and the kid is huge ESPN has him listed at 6'3" and 250 as a freshman.

Im not saying he is a bust but I think he is on that path. He was rated as #3 TE in the country and it looks like he will be just used as a Blocker. Wouldn't shock me if he puts on more weight to play Oline.

Jones is a beast. They say he can block and is a match up nightmare.

Or a move to D-line as an end. If he's quick enough to play TE he can probably play DE.

Change of topic. I just got back from moving my daughter in for her senior year. The campus looks great, but the stadium is a mess. Hopefully they get it in decent shape prior to Texas.

Less than two weeks to go. Maybe we can get Steve Sarkisian to speak at the Pep Rally.

I Williams will not play this year for ND. NCAA rejected it appeal.
