Noah is better than Hibbert. Hibbert was terrible in the regular season. Noah was by far the better player and Boozer=West basically at least on offense

Hibbert>>>>>>>>Noah and it isn't close.

Alot of your posts scream bandwagon. If Lebron leaves I can almost guarantee that you'll go and hop over to the team that he plays for. If he does leave as well as Bosh then I'll still be a Heat fan. Even if we only make it to the playoffs as a 7-8 seed.

Our role players are old, but that's always been the case with this big 3 structure. This was the exact opposite of what was going on with Boston. Their core consisted of old players in KG, Ray, and Pierce. Our big 3 core is still in their prime (Wade is still playing at a high level, but will likely get Tim Duncan treatment from this point forward). Alot of these salaries come off the books after next season.

If the Heat wins again, then I can almost bet on Lebron staying in Miami. Hell, I think he'll stay regardless since he knows alot players want to have the chance to play with him and also a city like Miami. The franchise has already proven that it will put the necessary components in place for a chance to compete.

But we'll see.

Well said Heatles

I don't understand the level of panic that some of these posters are showing. You would think that Lebron, Bosh, and Wade are all 36-38 years old or some

Bron and Bosh aren't even 30 yet...and while Wade has shown some decline...he's still only 31 years old. You see Pierce still playing effectively at 35 years old...and Wade always has been and always will be better than Pierce.

Plus even if Wade isn't his usual self...any team with Bron in his prime and Bosh in his prime are contenders.

Miami will be fine moving forward

But Hibbert played far better against the Heat then Noah ever has. Furthermore, Hibbert has better post moves and is a better scoring option then Noah is. The Bulls may be the better team, but Miami matches up better against Chicago then they do against Indiana.

I don't think it's panic based on the ages of the big 3, I think it's panic based on what we saw vs. the Pacers and Spurs!! Also, to a lesser extent, the possibility of Lebron leaving!!

Bosh all but disappeared in the ECF and finals and Wade was only played at a high level about every other game. The end result was that the Heat barely escaped with the title. Aside form the fact that making 4 straight finals appearances is very rare (I think the Showtime Lakers in the early 80's were the last team to do it), the Pacers and Spurs exposed Miami's weaknesses.

While D-Wade is only 31 (getting up there, but certainly not old), he has alot of mileage on his body and his style of play leads me to believe that he's going to have a difficult time adjusting to the limitations that the mileage puts on him. To continue playing at a high level, he needs to develop a dependable jump shot which he hasn't done yet.

As for Lebron leaving, who knows? The fact that he has left a team indicates that he may leave again. Much will be determined by whether or not he thinks he can get more championships and how quickly.

Lebron James will go where he decides to go, and he will do it his way. he was willing to take a huge pay cut to get titles behind him. Thats done, now whats next for him, bigger fame, more money? He wont be growing grey with Bosh and Wade, dont see it.

His next challenge is either to resurrect a struggling franchise like the Knicks/Lakers, or go home. This guys ego is bigger that Miami

I see it as ego driving the ambition. It's one thing to have the ambition lead a team to multiple championships, but it requires ego to believe that you can actually accomplish it!!

Los Angeles is a big market team with deep pockets, you losers need to understand that they will find ways - that's just the way it is. Deal with it

What do I have to be upset about? - That's a retarded thing to say - I actually believe the Lakers will be better without Howard then last year. The guy played injured, his timing was off and the chemistry was better. The Lakers will now be as good as they were when they won their first championship with Gasol and Kobe. The downside besides being older is Kobe will be recovering from the achilles tendon. With the right role player The Lakers will be fine for the next year. Howard clearly did not want to be a role player and Mitch as I said will find ways to build this team. Anyone who thinks that's impossible(like logically retarded) is flat out stupid - It's a big market and the Lakers have plenty of money

he IS right about his statement, though. at least history would back that up...

Of course I am right - I said before that Shaq Oneal was not bigger then the Lakers and neither was Kobe Bryant or Dwight Howard. The Lakers are bigger then Shaq, bigger then Kobe and bigger then DH. That's just the natural order of things just like your brain is smarter then any Heat fan in here. You can't help it if your iq is naturally higher then they are - that's always the case when you're dealing with down syndrome adults

Well there is good self esteem and narcissism. In Lebrons case it seem that since he is a team player its good self esteem that would be the drive. I dont know what Logic meant exactly by ego.

All of these players have an ego and any of them including Kobe Bryant will leave a team if it means winning another championship - they are hirelings that follow the $$$$$$ - That's just the way it is.

What I am saying Montsho is that his past actions were always tied to his need to self nuture his ego. The decision was narcistic and that attitude is not going away. He made the deal to Miami as for 3 or 4 years, these three guys, working together, after watching Boston, could win rings. At that time, Lebron's ego needed to be a champion. Now, that thats done, what fills his ego next?

I dont think winning another championship, if possible, in Miami is his next ego stroking adventure. Now his sights are bigger. Do I repair what Ii did in Cleveland? Do i bring rings to a New York fan base desperate for attention? Do I bring glory back to LA?

He can be so much more, at least in his mind, then spend another 5 years in Miami and maybe win one more (because we all know Wade is not the same player and they are cap constrained).

His ego will lead him to his next big event, and this guy loves events

Do you mean that players will give up money and go anywhere to win a title or they only follow the money?

I dont see the Decision as narcissistic personally. He didn't seek out ESPN, they came to him with the idea of donating the proceeds to charity. Just the fact he left the Cavs for the Heat really goes against that idea to me. He is actually saying he is not enough to get the job done alone. He needed help and he went to where that help was. If he was narcissistic he would have stayed and blamed it on everything else but himself while commanding the largest contract in the league and not winning anything

and the Decision was what led to the hatred of him/Heat if you didn't read enough blogs or sports boards.

As Logic dishes it, time will tell what his next goals might be. If it's about another "event", ie signing with another team to see if he can help bring them a ring or staying put to prolong the success. Fun to observe and see if he doesn't get another ring next year then the hate will continue knowing he might bolt South Beach....on to??
