Bell was gone either way IMO.

ZZ staying healthy will be vital if they roll with him and AA and Riddick. That's if they don't draft or pickup a FA.

Most here liked what small sample ZZ showed us. He would be the only 4th qtr guy on the roster to grind out the clock.

I expect us to pick up one more guy. Could be a Vet if noone in the draft looks good. Whether we keep the FB is another question too. He is a receiving type not a blocking type so it will depend on where JBC wants to go with the offense.

I was happy when a FB was on the roster. Until he was never used and when he was he sucked at blocking. Somebody said he was a rookie when I made that statement. Blocking for a FB is essential and is no different than drops or fumbles IMO. He missed too many assignments for me. Rookie or not.

He's big. Don't know if he can lead block though.


If JB didn't make 5times what Rutgers makes I think it'd be worth teaching him block for sure.
