I'm going to go the fun route.

I would have a sit down with each and discuss their game philosophy and how they expect to overcome the opponent, all the while taking notes.

I would them get them together and hold a coin toss, not telling either one of them who won.

I would then call a press conference with both standing there so i could announce that I had no confidence in either coach and I would instead coach the team. I would further state that I probably couldnt do worse and might just give us a fighting chance, seeing as neither have the ability to win the big game with any consistency. This way if we lose, our fans would not be disappointed as my efforts have no expectations, if we win then i am a god with the fans.

Now with that said, i am just glad i dont have to make that choice as my team has The Man for a coach and Big Games are his specialty.

Here's a question - flip flop the coaches and their respective schools. Do you think Richt would win more with OU or do you think Stoops would be able to win more with UGA?

I'm taking Richt. Bob hasn't lived up to his "big game" name in quite some time.

Nah. Stoops could take all that Georgia talent and keep enough of them in-state to build a dominant defense. Richt would accomplish less at OU than Stoops has.

First, let me say that this is, clearly, just a troll thread, meant to rile a couple of fanbases, thus, I will not answer the stupid question.

Both of these guys are great college coaches, and would be hard to replace. Who is out there to replace them, and get better results? Tennessee fired Fulmer after just a couple of mediocre seasons after he won a NC. We all know how that turned out.

Big Game Bob has never lived up to that name. He NEVER earned the name by winning the big games. He was given that name in jest. You know, SARCASM. :gaah:

So why hasnt Bob done that at Oklahoma? Seems his defenses are why his teams lose alot of times. His high flying offense seems to be his main focus.

I dont think either is a really good coach. I think they can recruit and win against the teams they should beat, but to win against a top contender in a big game consistently is usually the mark of a great coach and neither show the marks of greatness.

Stoops early OU teams played lights out defense. Why he chose Big12 offensive philosophy is a mystery.

While Richt has had his shortcomings, I'll agree, do you think he'd lose as many bad games as Stoops though? I mean, that guy has lost some pretty piss-poor games in his career. The only really bad one that comes to mind for Richt is the UCF bowl game when UGA was garbage (both Stoops and Richt were punked by WVU, so that's a wash).

Because venebles took over the defense. Mark stoops is rectifying that for Oklahoma now.

How is it a troll thread?

Just a hypothetical question as far as I can tell. I know the ducks are a trolling lot, but I don't see it here.
