Mizzou imploded last week against LSU and Kentucky seems to be imploding this week against Mizzou. Not a lot of consistency in the SEC although given LSU's early rankings maybe they're rising somewhere.

If he struggles in a couple more games maybe he goes pick #2. Could Drake Maye pass him? Its unlikely but somehow we saw Travon Walker go pick #1 recently so anything can happen

If I'm looking for an NFL QB, I want a guy that can shift coverages, throw guys open and win games on his own at the lesser level.

If you can't impact outcomes of games in college to a high degree, then I can't draft you to play QB.

A guy I'd take a really good hard look at is Cameron Ward at Wazzu. Never been easy. Fighter. Undoubtedly makes his team better. And got spanked tonight.

A) I'm a stay in the pocket QB guy so No mobility is a Bonus

2) I just want my QB to be those things i listed. Don't be Peyton Manning or Dan Marino.... Just be you. Let my 4-3 attack defense do the work

USC was suspect all season.

If they were named Texas Tech instead of USC, the results would be the exact same...but they would not have been ranked.

They are a Gimmicky Air Raid offense outscoring some bad teams with zero regard to defense.

if the offense ever stumbles (with turnovers or penalties) like tonight, they get exposed.

They don't have any other way to win.

Honestly.....they win 5-6 games that is a step in right direction. They were horrible last season. But, the PAC is good this season and they had an easy non conference schedule.

Fix the OL, DL and the rest of the defense and they could be really good in a few years. Not a quick turnaround job.

They will have to replace the coach's son and Hunter though. If he cuts a lot of players and replaces them with new transfers, he'll have a hard time requiting at the high school level.
