Damn good post ckhokie. Now a lot of what I normally would see on the cars race day are beginning to make sense.

If anything, this will likely add to the bitching (or emails from Toto) to the race director throughout the raceSo they will still be able to speak directly to race control, FIA will just not broadcast those anymore. So not as good a development as I first thought.
I believe that was the British Grand Prix where he got a time penalty, but was able to get the damage fixed from the crash during the stoppage and he passed Leclerc at the end of the race.
