I hadn't heard of the guy who Prospects 1500 has listed at 29th, Arturo Disla. He is a 6'2", 240 pound first baseman who signed after not being drafted last year. He played for 2 years at Wayland Baptist and then crushed in on the Rangers Dominican League team last summer. Apparently, he is quite a character.
