The judge didn't rule on his guilt or innocence, he ruled on whether the NFL has the authority to suspend him.
It's fucking not, you idiot,Pats fans refuse to accept that this isn't criminal court.
It's fucking not, you idiot,
Correct. Gates and Brady both cheated.
Correct...I mean...nothing...Thanks for declaring me correct. However, the smart people just assume I'm correct to save time.
Brady was never asked to hand his physical phone over. He was asked for the transcript of specific text messages.
I don't typically destroy my phone when getting a new one ( i still have a 7 year old flip phone) and I agree that this is suspect.
Sorry I meant more that he was supposed to hand it to his lawyers for them to go through and pick what was pertinent to the case. It wasn't even handing it over to the investigators yet he still saw fit to destroy it. That to me is the most damning thing of why I think Brady is actually guilty in this case. Now I am one that doesn't think he deserved a 4-game suspension unless they found years of doing this and knowingly breaking the rules but for one game I think the fine would have been just fine.
...and the fairness of the process. The judge didn't rule on his guilt or innocence, he ruled on whether the NFL has the authority to suspend him.
And Haters refuse to accept that this was a frame job.Pats fans refuse to accept that this isn't criminal court.
I'm still waiting for the promised facts from the OP. I only read opinions and insults...
Phone was destroyed AFTER all the records were turned over and Wells said he wouldn't need it. Hell, he never even asked for it.Just from the standpoint of being the QB your gonna know if the football's have less air... But the center would know also... receivers would know also, so it's not just Brady who knew... that being said, destroying his cell phone was and eye opener, there was something on that phone he didn't want people too see... I don't think Brady is being totally truthful about not knowing anything, with how much that guy prepares and competes, if those football's were not to his liking he's gonna let someone know... Bottom line is though, were talking about slightly deflated football's ... from now on the football's should just be guarded and checked right before game-time... Problem solved...
I want to know why Robert Kraft gets away with firing these two family men when he's constantly spouting rhetoric about "class" and "integrity."
Phone was destroyed AFTER all the records were turned over and Wells said he wouldn't need it. Hell, he never even asked for it.
Still, if there is evidence that can prove you weren't involved, you don't destroy it ... You just don't do it.. He's a very wealthy man, he can buy another cell phone without destroying the one he has, JUST encase...
There's no such thing as evidence that proves you weren't involved.
He turned over all the records that were asked for, and once the investigator said he would not need the phone he destroyed it. Just like I have done with every smartphone, laptop and PC I have ever owned once I was finished with it.
Dude, and iPhone and some smart phones are worth hundreds of dollars, you wipe um clean and trade them in or sell them, you don't smash them under your feet!! lol common man!!! And absolutely evidence can exists to prove your not involved with something... If your convicted of a crime and have an alibi you can literally get wiped off as a suspect... If he showed his phone and there was no evidence of him texting back and forth with the ball boy's that a big PLUS for his case... Brady had something he was hiding... I mean it is possible he has some personal stuff he didn't want exposed that wasn't related, but he was hiding something...
thats not true either
there were at least 4 occasions on camera where mcnally carried balls past officials who didnt even notice he was there.
heres one example:
“The report acknowledges that game officials specifically allowed Mr. McNally to take the game footballs from the dressing room of the Officials’ Locker Room (where the referee was) into the separate sitting room (pg. 55). No one told Mr. McNally that he could not then proceed to the field with the footballs. When the NFC Championship Game ended abruptly in overtime and Mr. McNally started from the back of the sitting room towards the door to the hallway, he walked by numerous League officials in the sitting room. “As the report states (pg. 55), the sitting room was crowded with ‘NFL personnel, game officials and others gathered there to watch the conclusion of the NFC Championship Game on television.’ Mr. McNally had to navigate this crowd of officials to make it through the sitting room with two large bags of footballs on his shoulders.
