Even though Chris Carter and Jerry Rice reached the Pro Bowl in the time frame, their most success came during the 1990s, they just stayed around forever.

I know there are many names I left off or even teammates of these names that are probably more deserving. These are basically names that came to my mind.

Probably Moss. Most talented WR I've seen.. ever? Guy looked like he gave a crap 99% of the time and still made pretty much every DB his bitch.

Seriously, Holt and Bruce couldn't make the list. :L

Bruce had 1,000+ receptions, 15,000+ receiving yards.

Holt had 900+ receptions, 13,000+ receiving yards

I should have included Bruce. Holt was good, but Bruce is the Ram that should have made the list.

They may deserve to be mentioned with some of those guys, but neither one would be called the best. To me, the choice comes down to Moss or Calvin Johnson.

IMO Moss is the best receiver who ever played. I do understand why people think it's Rice so maybe i'm a homer but no player has ever made defensive coordinators shit themselves like Moss.

1. Moss
2. Rice
3. Hutson

Any order works for me.

Since 2000 i'm thinking

1. Moss
2. TO
3. Calvin
4. Fitz
5. Bruce

Greg Jennings? lolzzz

I agree with what you said about Bruce and Holt, but Bruce does have a good argument as he was on such a loaded team. Just think if he didn't have another great WR and dual threat RB. But Bruce was better between the 2, IMO, so Holt shouldn't be on it.

Yes but Iowa placed others on the list who are no way better than the two.

Really? I don't know any WR who had the hands like Chris Carter. Rice was magic and one of the biggest reasons I became a fan of the 49ers. But Chris Carter was one of my favorite WRs to watch because of his 1-handed grabs.

Which is why I said they deserve to be mentioned with some of the players on that list. If this was a top 5 WRs since 2000, I would be griping right along with you guys. But it says the best. There's no need for well over half the names on that list because nobody (other than serious homers) would consider them the best over that time span.

Preachin to the choir, CC has the best hands I've ever seen as well but his prime was clearly the 90's.

To me it was Moss. Production wise and consistency wise I would give it to Calvin as Moss didn't just take off plays but he took off entire seasons it seemed like. When Moss was motivated though not sure I have seen a player dominate quite like him in my life time. Maybe Barry Sanders compares but Moss is on a short list of most gifted players to ever play the game. Hate that he let such talent go to waste for a part of his career.

I can agree with that, but at least one Ram should of been included.

That is what is crazy, Bruce made the game winning catch in the Super Bowl and also had the share the ball with a very talented running back. He probably would have had 20,000 yards if he had less talented players to share the ball with.

TO.

Ran every route to perfection. Could go over defenders with ease. Great blocker. Dick head yes, but always gave it his all on the field.

Hines Ward because I don't feel like looking up numbers right now. Plus, you can't say no to that smile

Did you actually expect the results not to comeback dominated by Randy Moss?

Terrell Owens, only because Randy, for all his dominance, really didnt do squat in Oakland, which was during a time in his career when he should have been ruling the world. Yes, true, Oakland, overall, was hot garbage during that time, but that being said, how many players have we see kick ass all over the field, despite playing on an otherwise terrible team?? And I'm not going to ignore Randy's proclivity for literally walking around out there on plays where the ball's not coming to him; I never remember that being an issue with Owens. Terrell Owens, as big of a prick as he was, was the best receiver I've ever seen in my lifetime, then Moss, then Rice:
