Different teams. Dak had much better offensive lines and skill players around him then he has this year.

Sure if all you care about empty stats, but clearly the best offense in the NFC is the Lions because it is points that matter! I'm still not sold to be honest. I really hope Hurts is it, because he by all accounts seems like a great guy. I still think his actual arm talent is mediocre. But it seems he has improved his mechanics and also his processing of the field, and that could make him good enough as a passer when combined with his very good running ability.
