Without AD and James had been battling an injury, let's not act like he was 100%. Congrats on advancing to the Finals but let's keep it real.....LOL.
I know. I was jabbing at Trojan fan.

The Suns have had some crazy luck with injuries on teams they have faced. However, I still think they could have been in the same position regardless. Just my opinion.

Think they have a great shot at winning it all.....if I were in Vegas I'd put some $ on them to win before the Finals started.

Like I have said several times in this thread.....I am very happy for CP.

lol, DID get a chuckle when Balmer stood up when the Clips put on their comeback, then CP3 went to work. I was all like "sit your punk ass down"...

CP3 shut some people up last night when he went on that personal 8-0 run after the Clippers cut into the lead.

I think at one point he scored 14 of the Suns 16 points.

It was something like that. He was in a helluva zone last night.

4 or 5 seeds... lol. Nothing is a given either way. And you are correct. King James was still there when the Suns won 3 in a row.

At about 60%.

What the Suns are doing is great, but let's not pretend they're in the finals if they have to go through a healthy West.

Also remember, that with on 60% of Lebron and a healthy AD, the Lakers has just gone up 2-1 and the Suns hadn't shown much ability to handle the Lakers size.

This. The Lakers gave them their toughest test.

I do have one question...
Why does @bksballer89 hate the Suns so much? As I was reading through all the series threads, he picked against the Suns in every series not really giving them much of a chance. Maybe the Suns have been emptying his pockets in the gambling arena.

The only pick i regret is the Denver series.

Lakers were favorites in that serieaand likely win if AD stays healthy in 5 or 6. As for the Clippers, they never declared Kawhi out for the series so i was hopeful that he would come back around the same time as Paul

Lakers would have been the toughest out, for sure. When you try and build a super team with older and injury-prone players, you can't really be shocked.

Yep. Lebron wasn't really due to age though. If an ankle sprain isn't the most common basketball injury, it's gotta be among them. But his age probably lengthens how long it took to heal though. Not to mention making it a little tougher to play through.

AD was out of shape and it caught up to him. He's apparently been known as a guy who likes to "play himself into shape". Hopefully he learned his lesson and he'll spend a little more time working out in the off-season.

In the meantime, here's hoping the Suns finish the deal. They've always had a rabid, loyal fanbase (I have family that are part of that base)...they deserve a title.

Exactly. Which is why we are here.

shortened season last year with the Orlando tourney favors the vets with rested legs. Fast forward a few months later if that and it’s why we are looking at Suns and Hawks in the finals. Fairly young teams but injury issues all over the place.

Suns still would have had a shot to win in any of those series. It would have been a tough road, but certainly still doable.

Now, did they get extremely lucky with all the injuries, yep. But they don't control that. Let's not forget they have had to deal with injury issues of their own.
