So Giants in town looks like without their rookie Nabors in the line-up. Good match-up for the Hawks to get right and handle their business. Looks like a lot of our guys on defense will be back in the line-up. Baker, Mafe, Williams and maybe Nwosu all back. Murphy a no go with the hamstring which is okay. Coach Mac adamant in his press conference yesterday that there was an emphasis on concentrating on this game and no thought of looking ahead to the Niners. Also, the Lions game in the rearview mirror. Hopefully everybody got the message and the boys go out and dominate for 60 minutes. I expect a big game from Geno and DK because frankly, the Giants secondary has no answer. Giants front is really good though so the Oline needs to be at least competent. Looking for the run game to help keep Geno clean as well. Absolutely no need to have Geno dropping back 40-50 times like he's been asked to do.
The Giants Oline has been better than it was last year and kept Jones semi-clean for the most part but with the horses coming back, I expect that to change a bit. Giants have a non-existent run game which plays into our hands. I'm expecting a 28-13 type of drubbing and hopefully come out of it healthy. When it's over , then look toward the Niners on Thursday. Kinda rooting for the Cardinals to upset the Niners today as well.
Happy sunday, fellas.
