I also thought Mathis played well the other day. Gave up the one short pass but saw his physical style a little bit like we did his rookie year and his confidence was a bit better. I think last year he was mentally messed. I made a post on him earlier in the offseason about this. nice to see him look more confident. Moss played well like I mentioned... Levi Wallace was hurt. I like our CB's a lot so far. Would be nice to see Love and company play more to give them a great test this week but that doesn't seem likely until the regular season.

It would be great if CB actually turned into a depth position. Been since no fly zone when we had great CB play across the board. Safety is still a concern though, saw some iffy angles and missed tackles against Indy.

Speaking of no fly zone, Harris and Talib are doing an alternative broadcast of the GB pre-season game streaming through Broncos website. Glad to see Harris back in the Broncos fold. Hated seeing him in a chuggers uniform.

Harris retired a Bronco. I think he is a guy who even though he and Elway clashed a bit at the end we will see a lot around Denver like we do with some of the other legends.

I would also like to see Jonas Griffith play well. I think he is the much better option at ILB then Cody Barton but is he healthy? We know he has had a full year to recover but can he get back to playing like he did before the injury? Or how soon can he?

Jaylon Allen released with an injury destination. Like Ronnie Perkins he will go to IR once he clears waivers and then we will release him off IR once healthy.

For the 3rd time this offseason we have signed LB Alec Mock. He is our new Deyon Sizer.

I arrived at 9:50 and got my seat on the grass slope with the water and Gatorade provided. Crappy position, furthest on the sideline away from most of the action which took place closer to press tents opposite of our position.
Broncos came out at 10:00 on the far field.
Packers came out at 10:10 on field closest to spectators
Boring stretching and drills
By then it was getting hot.
Watched a few linemen pretend to hit each other in front of us.
Glanced to the left to watch kickers
Looked at the tower for cameras thinkingthis cost a lot to put up a camera, why don’t they just use drones?
Was getting hotter
Broncos O started playing vs Packers D on field farthest away, hard to see
I decided I was going to fry and stumbled up the hill where they had a tent with misting spray where I cooled off a bit
Found a bench under the shade - which of course can’t see any action
Drank more fluids
Got up and watched some of the Broncos O which was now playing Packers D on field closest to us from behind the slope where people sat. That’s where I saw Patrick make a couple nice catches.
Sutton dropped one and was mad at himself
Made up for it later on a couple TD catches on first and goal drills.
Bo looked very poised and comfortable
I thought Javonte ran hard and looked good
I went back to the shade
Drank more fluids
Waited for practice to end, walked back down the hill and waited for Jason to come over and visit us for about 10 minutes.
He thought it was a great workout for their team having to play in altitude and a hot sun (“that we don’t have in Green Bay)”
Stumbled up the hill
Walked up hill to Josh’s truck which was a killer for my back
Rode home
Took a nap
Received harassment from my friends

Certainly will be my last training camp.

Heard Riley Moss had a great day.

Alex Singleton INT led to a scuffle after the play got closer to Jordan Love.

Thanks for giving me ZERO update on Troy Franklin.

Damari Mathis is also doing well from my understanding but seems like Moss may be the front runner to start opposite Surtain.

Levi Wallace isn't helping himself with his hammy injury.

So nice to see Tim Patrick looking good. Dude took his paycut , didn't whine and is showing after two years he still has it. @Mingo

Patrick is 100% a Bronco. The guy went through hoops to get himself established in the NFL and stayed true to the team that really gave him his best opportunity. That's love.
