That would be ideal. Trading punches with the Saints usually ends up with them on the winning end. Saints are extremely good at winning close ballgames. I'm just hoping for the Steelers to suddenly find their nutsack and play up to their potential. I loved seeing them win against NE, but I think the Pats shooting themselves in the foot repeatedly had A LOT to do with the Steelers winning.
Yeah a shootout is not ideal against New Orleans. Another reason I am confident in our chances is because of how New Orleans has played against the other AFC North team and how we've played against the other AFC South teams. We've blown out Carolina and Atlanta and only struggled stopping Tampa Bay from scoring in the 2nd half. NO beat Baltimore by 1 and Cleveland by 3. I'm not SUPER confident we will win, but I am confident in our chances to keep it a close game and as long as it's close, our offense SHOULD be able to put the meter in our favor.
