It is amazing to me that many ex-Rams players that go to other teams see a rejuvenation of their careers. Perhaps Bradford is another case.

I still don't think thats the issue. Most Rams players leave STL and vanish off the grid.

I honestly don't know why the FO has not been blown up yet.

Keep Snead cause I like his approach to the draft, but they need a HC and a scouting department that can actually scout offensive players.

They need another OC that will actually utilize the weapons they actually do have. Cignetti is better than Shotty, but he screws up waaaaaay too much being conservative.
